A full account suspension is different from a temporary action-level restriction (like a 24-hour limit on commenting or messaging). A suspension disables your entire account, not just one feature.
When this happens
We suspend accounts when a profile, project, or linked external website is flagged as:
- Spam or fraudulent
- Mature content posted outside our content guidelines
- Compromised or redirecting to a malicious site
These actions are enforced under our Community Guidelines and Adobe's Transparency Center content policies, which cover how we moderate content and enforce account-level actions across Adobe products.
What to expect
- You'll receive an email explaining the reason for the suspension.
- This is not a 24-hour automatic reset — your account stays suspended until it's reviewed.
- Unlike action-level restrictions, this affects your whole account, not a single feature.
How to request a review
Reply to the suspension email, or contact Behance Support, with:
- Your profile link
- Which project or link (if any) was flagged
- Any context that explains why the flag may be a mistake
Our team will manually review your account and restore it if the suspension was applied in error.
Appealing a mature-content flag on a specific project?
If your appeal is about a single project being placed behind the mature content wall (rather than your whole account being suspended), see Guide: Appeals Process On Behance instead.
