- Boosting only impacts visibility in the Search results and For You feed. Organic performance across the platform remains unaffected.
3. I boosted my content – why isn't it getting more views and appreciations?
- Boosting increases visibility but does not guarantee engagement. Factors like project quality, relevance to the audience, and timing play a significant role.
4. How do boost credits work?
- You receive 1 boost credit per month. Credits reset at the start of each month.
5. Is it possible to get more than 1 boost credit?
- No, additional credits are not available at this time.
6. Can I boost the same project over and over again?
- Depending on the duration of a project’s boost, it may be possible to boost the same project again in a given month.
7. What is the default audience?
- The default audience takes into account factors such as your followers, their recent interactions with your projects, and relevant creative fields and tags to determine who your promoted content is shown to in the For You feed and Search page.
8. My audience size is very small. How can I make the audience larger?
- Create a new custom audience or adjust an existing one by updating the creative fields and tags.
9. Why is this feature in Beta? What does the Beta involve?
- This feature is in Beta to test and refine its functionality based on user feedback. During this phase, we may introduce updates and adjustments.
10. Why did my boost get rejected by your moderators? What happens next?
Boosts may be rejected if the content violates platform guidelines. If rejected:
- You’ll be notified via email.
- Your boost credit will be returned.
11. Will my feed get saturated with boosted content?
- No, we ensure a balanced mix of organic and boosted content to maintain the quality of the feed.
12. Where can I give my feedback on the Project Boost feature?

13. Will my projects only get boosted to the locations I specify?
- By selecting a geo, will favor that location and also show your boosted content to users outside of that location that meet your targeting criteria.
14. Will the boost affect the performance of my content outside of the boost?
- Organic performance of your content across the platform remains unaffected by the boost.
15. What is the purpose of the Boost goal? Does it affect how the Boost appears?
- The Boost goal is intended for research purposes. Feedback collected will help us refine and improve this feature in the future.
16. As a PRO user, will I see projects boosted by other users?
- Yes, all users (including PRO users) will see projects boosted by others. These projects will be marked with a Promoted badge to indicate they have been boosted.
17. My estimated reach did not match my actual reach. Can I get a boost credit refund?
- Boost credit refunds are not provided, as the estimated reach is only a projection. Actual reach may vary due to several factors, including seasonality and the number of active users on Behance.
18. Why don’t I see the option to boost my project?
To be eligible for boosting, both your account and project must meet the following requirements:
User Requirements:
- Your account must be verified.
- You must be subscribed to Behance Pro.
Project Requirements:
- Must not already be boosted.
- Must be published and public.
- Must adhere to Behance's Community Guidelines.
- Cannot be premium, subscriber-only, link-only, or password-protected.
19. I cancelled my boost and did not receive my credit back. Why?
- Credits are only refunded if the boost has not yet started.
