How much does Behance Pro cost?
Pricing varies by country and plan, starting at $9.99/month with an annual commitment. You'll see the price for your region at behance.net/pro.
Is Behance Pro included in my Creative Cloud plan?
No. Creative Cloud plans, including All Apps and Photography, don't include Behance Pro. It's purchased separately. Adobe Portfolio is included in some Creative Cloud plans, so if you only need Portfolio, you may already have it.
Can I get Behance Pro on a business or school account?
No. Behance Pro is only available for personal Adobe accounts, not Enterprise or Team accounts. If you bought Behance Pro on your personal account but sign in to Behance with a business or school account, contact us and we can help.
Do I need Behance Pro for my work to be seen or featured?
No. Behance Pro doesn't change how your projects rank in search or feeds, and anyone can be featured in our galleries based on the quality of their work. The only extra visibility Behance Pro adds is through Boosted Projects, which appear while a boost is running.
Free trial and billing
How do I start a free trial?
Go to behance.net/pro and follow the prompts. The free trial lasts 7 days and includes all Behance Pro features. Free trials aren't available in every country.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your trial automatically becomes a paid subscription on the plan you chose at sign-up, and you'll be charged using the payment method you entered. Unless you chose otherwise, this is an annual plan, billed monthly.
To avoid being charged, cancel before your trial ends. See Cancelling and refunds.
I was charged after my free trial. Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you cancel within 14 days of the charge, you'll get a full refund. Go to account.adobe.com/plans, select your Behance Pro plan, and choose Cancel plan. If you're past 14 days, see Refunds and early cancellation fees.
Where can I see my plan and payment details?
Behance Pro is billed by Adobe. You can view your plan, payment method, and invoices at account.adobe.com/plans.
Buying Behance Pro
Where do I buy Behance Pro?
Go to behance.net/pro, or follow any Behance Pro prompt on Behance. Make sure you're signed in to Behance with the Adobe account you want Behance Pro on.
Why won't my payment go through?
Most payment problems happen because these don't all match the same country or region:
- Your Adobe account
- Your payment method or bank
- Your current location
If they match, try clearing your browser cache or using a private window, and check with your bank that online or international payments are allowed. If it still doesn't work, Adobe Customer Care can review your payment method.
My payment was declined as "Unauthorized." What does that mean?
Adobe's payment processor declined the transaction as part of its security checks. Behance Support can't override this decision. Try a different payment method, or contact Adobe Customer Care for help.
Behance Pro isn't available in my country. What can I do?
Behance Pro is available in countries where Adobe sells products on Adobe.com. Availability depends on the country on your Adobe account, not your Behance profile location. If your Adobe account is set to the wrong country, see how to change your Adobe account country. If you can't change it, contact us and we'll help you move your Behance account to a new Adobe account with the correct country.
I bought Behance Pro but don't see it on my account.
- Sign out of Behance and sign back in. It can take a few minutes for your plan to appear.
- Check that you're signed in to Behance with the same Adobe account you used to buy Behance Pro. This is the most common cause, especially if you have both a personal and a business or school account.
- Check account.adobe.com/plans to confirm the plan is active on that account.
Still not seeing it? Contact us with the email address you used to buy Behance Pro.
Cancelling and refunds
How do I cancel Behance Pro?
- Hover over your avatar in the top-right corner of Behance
- Click Settings
- Click Manage Membership in the Behance Pro section
You can also cancel directly at account.adobe.com/plans.
Before you cancel, review what happens when Behance Pro ends. Some settings are removed and can't be restored.
Refunds and early cancellation fees
- If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, or of your trial converting to a paid plan, you'll get a full refund.
- If you cancel an annual plan after 14 days, an early cancellation fee may apply, as described in Adobe's subscription terms.
- Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Your Behance Pro features stay active until the end of your billing period.
If you can't cancel yourself, contact us.
What happens when Behance Pro ends
When your Behance Pro subscription or free trial ends, you keep your Behance account and all your projects, moodboards, and WIPs, but Behance Pro features are removed:
- Password-protected and link-only projects become private. You can make them public again at any time.
- Scheduled projects are unscheduled and stay in your Drafts.
- Profile customizations (profile sections, custom button, dark theme, hidden sections) are removed.
- Boosts end immediately, and any unused boost credits and custom audiences are deleted.
- Advanced Analytics are no longer available.
- Platform fees return to the standard rate. This also applies to open freelance projects if neither you nor your client has Behance Pro.
- Adobe Portfolio publishing ends, unless Portfolio is included in another Adobe plan you have.
Will my settings come back if I subscribe again? No. If you rejoin Behance Pro later, you'll need to set up your profile customizations, project visibility settings, and audiences again.
