Below are some solutions to common account access scenarios you may be running into.
Scenario: I have an old Behance account and I don't know what email address I used to create it.
Solution: Complete the account recovery process found here. If you're unable to access the email address associated with your account, we may be able to help, so please contact us.
Scenario: I realized I have two personal accounts and I want to merge them.
Solution: Unfortunately, there is no way to merge two profiles, or migrate the Profile Info or Stats from one Behance profile to another, but there is a workaround to move projects. You will have to co-own each project with the profile you decide to use. We recommend choosing one Behance profile to prioritize that has the most valuable assets [Stats, Info, etc] and then Co-Own any projects from the other account with it. Once all of the projects are Co-Owned, you can delete the less-important account. The Co-Owned projects will remain on the primary account.
Scenario: I have a personal Behance account that I want to affiliate with another personal AdobeID profile.
Solution: Follow these steps.
Scenario: I have an Behance account that is linked to an Enterprise AdobeID (from school or from work) and I want to link it to my personal AdobeID, or vice versa.
Solution: Check out this Guide.
Scenario: I just logged in and my profile is blank.
Solution: Double check that you're logging in with the correct credentials. If you're still having trouble, contact us.
