If you're attempting to log into your existing Behance account but instead have been sent to a blank account it's likely that your Adobe Account was recently added to a managed business or school account. As a result, your assets were migrated from your Personal profile to a new Business profile linked to your email address.
To log in with a different Profile linked to your AdobeID, you should first turn OFF the automatic profile selection. Scroll to āCan I select a profile automatically?ā on this help article to learn more.
Once the automatic profile selection is turned off, return to Behance while logged out and attempt to log in again. You should be presented with a screen offering two or more Adobe Profiles, one Personal Profile, and at least one Business/Education Profile. Your Business/Education profile will now contain all of your Behance content.
If you've logged in and received an Access Denied warning, it's likely that you're signing in with an AdobeID that is associated with a K-12 Student Profile. AdobeIDs can contain multiple Profiles for schools, jobs, or other teams, as well as a Personal Profile. Each profile can have different levels of access; different apps, storage amounts, and services. Generally, all K-12 Profiles have Behance access turned OFF.
