The visibility of your Works in Progress is determined by: Your Network, Location, the Hashtags you used, and people who are viewing your profile.

Members can see your Work in Progress in Hashtag lists if you have applied that specific tag. Viewers can also see your Work in Progress in a location list.

Anyone who is following you on Behance can view your Works in Progress from their For You page. Works in Progress can also be filtered by location and specific hashtags. Anyone who is viewing your profile while you have an active Work in Progress will be able to view it be clicking on your profile picture.
