What if a suitable candidate is not identified for my opportunity? Do we have to return the subsidy?

Employers do not sign a contract or receive their subsidy until a mutual match is made (i.e. between employer and candidate). Employers will remain part of Adobe’s partner network even if a match is not identified and will be able to post another opportunity as they see fit.
