Adobe does not seek to create any specific type of employment relationship between the employer and their apprentice. The structure of the relationship is to be determined by the employer (i.e. apprentice, intern, independent contractor etc.). The employer should choose whichever employment relationship works best for their business, and it must comply with any legal regulations in their respective region.
