I already have an Adobe Creative Cloud plan. Is Behance Recruiter Pro included in my plan?
Other Adobe Creative Cloud plans do not include Behance Recruiter Pro. The Behance Recruiter Pro plan can be purchased separately to access Behance Recruiter features.

The Behance Pro plan does not include access to Behance Recruiter Pro.
How do I cancel the Behance Recruiter Pro plan?
To cancel your Behance Recruiter Pro plan:
- Hover over your avatar in the top right corner
- Click Settings in the dropdown menu
- Click Manage Membership in the Behance Recruiter Pro section

Is Behance Recruiter Pro included in All Apps?
No, Behance Recruiter Pro is a standalone subscription and not included in All Apps.
Is Behance Recruiter Pro available for Enterprise and Team customers?
Behance Recruiter Pro is currently available to individuals only.
Does the platform include AI-powered discovery?
We use AI to help summarize portfolios, but leave the hiring decision up to you. Our algorithm analyzes your job requirements against candidate portfolios to recommend creatives whose skills and work may align with your needs.
Is this an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?
No, Recruiter Pro is a specialized sourcing and candidate engagement platform. While it allows you to manage job posts and communicate with candidates, it does not currently offer built-in tools for offer tracking or support for external integrations.
What happens if I cancel the Behance Recruiter Pro plan?
After canceling your Recruiter Pro subscription, you will continue to have access to Recruiter Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Once your subscription expires:
Your account will revert to the Behance Free plan.
You will retain access to any content you created, including Projects and Moodboards.
However, you will lose access to Recruiter Pro premium features, including:
Advanced search filters
Unlimited job postings
The ability to save candidates to shortlists
Other recruiter-specific tools and dashboard features
To continue using premium recruiting tools, you will need to resubscribe to Recruiter Pro.

Does Recruiter Pro make hiring decisions?
No. Recruiter Pro is a tool that helps recruiters identify and review potential candidates by surfacing a collection of candidates based on job criteria you submit, ranking and recommending candidates using algorithmic analysis, and providing brief summaries to help explain why a candidate may be a good fit. All hiring decisions are made by recruiters or employers. Recruiter Pro provides recommendations and insights to assist in that process, but it is not a decision-making system.
How should recruiters use Recruiter Pro’s recommendations?
Recruiters should treat recommendations as one input among many. The rankings and summaries are intended to guide review and prioritization, but final decisions should be based on a recruiter’s own judgment, experience, and additional information.
How does Recruiter Pro determine which candidates to show me?
Recruiter Pro uses algorithms to compare the qualifications set forth in your job descriptions with candidate profiles, identify relevant skills, experience, and signals, and then rank candidates based on how closely they match the job criteria.
Does the algorithm guarantee the “best” candidate?
No. The algorithm is designed to surface potentially relevant candidates, but it may not capture all relevant factors for every role, and different recruiters may reasonably reach different conclusions. Recruiters must use their own judgment to determine which candidates are the strongest fit.
Has Adobe tested Recruiter Pro’s algorithm(s) for potential bias?
Yes. As part of Adobe’s product development process, it has, and continues to, assess Recruiter Pro to identify and mitigate potential bias in recommendations and assess the impact of algorithmic outputs across candidate groups.
I’m not interested in being recruited right now. Can I opt out of appearing in Recruiter Pro searches?
Yes. You can opt out in Settings, under “Privacy & Display.”
