Yes, you can control the visibility of Milestones on your profile by Milestone type (Freelance Job, Earnings & Gallery Features).
To change the visibility of Milestones on your profile: Go to your Behance profile > Edit Profile Info > Milestones and there you can choose if you'd like to display Milestones on your profile.
