Yes, mentors in our network are paid for their time. Rates range from $50-125 per hour, depending on the type of engagement. Approved mentors will receive a full breakdown of mentorship opportunities with details about each commitment and the associated pay rate.

Apprentice host employers (individuals, companies, studios, or agencies) are required to fulfill volunteer requirements before hiring an apprentice. These employers will not be paid to fulfill volunteer requirements. However, any additional commitments thereafter will be paid to the individual(s) providing mentorship.
