Discontinuing Linked Assets on Behance
What is happening to linked assets?
Linked assets gave users the ability to attach links to their Behance project, as displayed above.
With our recent release of hosted assets on Behance, we will be discontinuing these links on October 16, 2023.
Next steps for you: delete your linked assets and upload your files directly to Behance, following the steps outlined here.
What should I do if I want to continue to use links?
If you’d like to continue displaying links on Behance, you can include links directly on your Behance projects within a text module.
What if I have a linked asset behind a subscription?
If you have a linked asset in a project that’s behind a subscription paywall, please transition these links and upload assets directly onto Behance.
If you have a linked asset behind a subscription paywall (within a free project), please move the entire project behind a subscription and upload the assets directly onto Behance.
Keep in mind, you can always include links directly on your Behance projects within a text module.
What happens if I have a linked asset on my livestream?
There is no impact for users with linked source files on their Livestreams.
