All subscriptions on Behance are between you and the creator. If any issues arise regarding your subscription or you want to request a refund, you should contact the creator directly by using the “message” feature on the creator’s Behance profile. If the issue cannot be resolved with the creator, you can contact your credit or debit card provider to dispute the charge.
All subscriptions on Behance are charged in U.S. Dollars. If your credit or debit card requires a currency conversion, you may be charged a currency conversion fee by your card provider.
Your subscription can be cancelled by visiting Behance.net/username/subscriptions and clicking “cancel” next to the applicable subscription.
