If you login to Behance with an Adobe ID that you own, but that isn't the one connected to your Behance account, you'll end up creating an additional account rather than login into your existing Behance account.
To login correctly:
- Make sure you're not logged into any other Adobe account already. Do this by logging out at Adobe.com, clearing your cache, or using an incognito mode.
- Go to Behance.net and click "login." You should see a screen like the one below (if you skip past it, it means you were already logged into a different Adobe account)
- Login with the Adobe ID associated with your account.
If you don't remember what Adobe ID you associated with your Behance account, try logging in with another email address. If you're still having trouble, contact us and we can help!
Here's what's going wrong: if you enter an email address below that's NOT connected to any Behance account, but IS already an Adobe ID, a new Behance account will be created. For example, you may have used your Gmail account to purchase something from Adobe in the past but you use your Hotmail account for Behance. If you attempt to log in with your Gmail account, a new, BLANK Behance account will be made for you. This doesn't mean that your Hotmail-associated account has been deleted, you'll just need to log out of that Adobe ID and try again!
