Issuing refunds is at the sole discretion of the creator. If you’re unhappy with a given subscription, you can contact the creator directly and request a refund. If the creator decides to issue you a refund, they can do so through their Stripe dashboard.
To contact a creator to request a refund, use the “message” feature on the creator’s Behance Profile to get in touch. If this is unsuccessful and you think you have been misled by your purchase, you can contact your credit or debit card provider to dispute the charge.
