Step 1: Activate the feature
Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise accounts can stream natively from Zoom. In order to stream for the first time, you must activate the feature on your account. Log into your Zoom profile and navigate to the Account Management tab in the sidebar.
Within the Account management sidebar, click on In Meeting (Advanced)
Scrolling down, find "Allow live streaming meetings, and activate the switch. A dialogue message will be overlayed onto the screen confirming your selection. Press the "Turn On" button, and then activate the "Custom Live Streaming Service" check box.
Step 2: Schedule a Meeting
Navigate to the meetings tab and create a Zoom call as you normally would.
Add the appropriate information and save your meeting. With the feature activated, you will now have a new Live Streaming section at the bottom of your saved meeting. Click "Configure Live Stream Settings"
Step 3: Generate a URL on Behance
Initiate your new stream on Behance. Ready, set, go live.
Navigate to your Behance profile and click the Go Live button under the + icon by your avatar.
Familiarize yourself with the Streamer Dashboard
Your streamer Dashboard is your one stop shop for monitoring your stream, updating its information, and interacting with your audience. For best discover-ability, be sure to create a title, provide a brief description, specify the tools you plan to use, and create a few hashtags.
When you're ready, click Get Started
Step 4: Input Behance Information to Meeting
Pressing "Get Started" will generate two unique codes for you to input into your broadcasting software. The first, Server URL, is a private rtmp:// URL that tells Zoom where to push the stream to. Do not share this URL with anyone else. A new Server URL is generated every time you click "Get Started" so be sure to update it in your broadcasting software each time you go live. The stream key is a password. Place this information from behance into the dialogue menu opened in Zoom.
Step 5: Begin Meeting and Stream
Begin your meeting as you normally would. When it's time to stream, click the "More" ellipses in your menu.
Zoom will confirm your connection and then you'll be live!
